Any questions about use, materials or sizes please contact Nanna Schou at info@nannaschou.dk. Only e-mails in Danish or English will be replied.

After ordering you will receive an email with an order confirmation resuming what you have bought.


All prices are in DKK and include VAT. I reserve the right to change my prices with immediate effect and without prior notice.

Regarding items that are made to order I reserve the right to deduct some expenses in case of exchance or return.

Payment methods

Payment methods accepted on the website

When you place an order, the payment total will be reserved on your account, but the amount will not be deducted from your account until I have shipped your order.

The website encrypts all of your card data. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information transmitted during the transaction. At no point during the transaction the website has access to your card information.


This means that you are entitled to a replacement, a new item, to get your money back or to have a reduction of price if the defect is considered a manufacturing fault. You cannot exchange an item which is deemed defect due to wear and tear, accidents or wrong use.

The product must always be returned in the original jewellery box.

A warranty claim must be made as soon as the issue occurs. Please contact me immediately by e-mail and send a copy of your order confirmation or invoice indicating your reason for the claim and when the issue has occured.

If the claim is legitimate we will refund the shipping costs (standard costs). Make sure to save the receipt for the shipping costs as documentation. Ship your return items in a protective packaging.

Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash on delivery. The package must be sent directly to Guldsmed Nanna Schou ApS. Packages sent to delivery points will not be picked up. I recommend you insure the shipment so that you may claim compensation from the shipping provider if your package is lost in transit.

I reserve the right to refuse returned orders with incorrect personal data.

Photos and texts must only be used for internal matters and must not be reproduced or duplicated according to Danish Copyright Act.

All jewellery at Guldsmed Nanna Schou ApS are produced by hand and can therefore vary slightly from product photos.

Delivery with in EU is free. All items are delivered in a box with a logo.

As all jewellery at Guldsmed Nanna Schou ApS it is unique and produced at the workshop in Copenhagen, delivery times of up to 4 weeks may occur. However, I do my best to get your jewellery off to you within 10-14 days. If you need to use the jewellery before, you are welcome to call +0045 20118349 or write to info@nannaschou.dk

More shipments per order may occur, but it will not provide additional cost to you as a customer. If the item is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail. However, this requires that you have provided your e-mail address.

I use Post Nord (track and trace) or FedEx for our deliveries, based on their delivery speed and credibility. We only ship outside EU by special agreement.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail requiring your approval before I ship. Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you always have a 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at nannaschou.dk. The right of withdrawal lapses if you want engraving on the item.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your jewellery.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let me know if you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an e-mail to info@nannaschou.dk

You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying me at the same time.


You must return your order to me without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified me that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Label the package "RETURN"

Notify Guldsmed Nanna Schou ApS via e-mail before you return the item.

Please note that the return shipment is your expense and your responsibility and that it must be sent as a track and trace.

Lack of original packaging can possibly constitute an impairment, so to be sure of getting all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.

Goods except the right of withdrawal: Delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or which have been given a clear personal touch, e.g. with engraving or resizing.

Condition of the item when you send it back: You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you try it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what has been described above, I consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with me as a consumer, you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired or exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, I will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

The item must be sent together with an indication of the following: An exact description of where and what the error is and possibly how it occurred.

Note: I do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or otherwise. The package must be sent directly to Guldsmed Nanna Schou ApS. Packages sent to various delivery points will not be picked up. Always remember to send the item back in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment.

I send an e-mail when a customer regrets or complains. If you have sent an item in for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an e-mail when I have received the item. In the e-mail, you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your cancellation / complaint.

Risk v. Shipping

Goldsmith Nanna Schou bears the risk during the shipment to the customer and replaces the item if it is damaged, stolen or the like along the way.

If the address information is incomplete or incorrect (e.g. that part of the name, street number or floor is missing), or if the consignment has not been picked up at the post office before the expiration date and therefore must be resubmitted, the shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
